What is Nha Dat Gia Re?
A nationwide marketplace for cheap homes, land, rentals, distressed sales and bank foreclosures across 34 provinces and 3,321 wards. Every listing is compared with the local average, so "cheap" means something.
How "X% below average" works
- Take the listing's price per m² (rooms: monthly rent).
- Compare it with the median of listings of the same type and purpose in the same ward over the last 12 months, sold ones included.
- With fewer than 4 in the ward we use the province (at least 6). Without enough data, no badge.
- Badges start at 5%. Listings 50% or more below are reviewed before going live.
Keeping listings honest
- Phone-based labels: 1–2 listings = Owner, 3+ = Agent.
- 3 listings a day per number; more go to review. Duplicate photos and copy-paste text are held.
- Listings expire after 45 days. Anyone can report a listing.
Legal
We are a listing platform, not a broker. Consignment and brokerage are provided by licensed partners under the 2023 Real Estate Business Law. Posters are responsible for their listings. Always inspect in person and check the title and zoning before paying a deposit.
